Bet Automation
As I have already mentioned my programming skills in the introduction on this blog, here at 2ponies an automation sheet can be provided to place the bets for you (how cool is that)!
The automation sheet will conect to the Betfair API using Betting Assistant from Gruss and will download a list of free bets from this site and place them automatically into the markets for you a short while before the post time of the races.
The automation sheet is provided (and full support) for our private members as an added bonus, however due to the development and ongoing support it is avaliable to our followers of the free bets for a nominal charge of just £5 per week
A video will be uploaded shortly to introduce the features of the sheet and also how to set it up in the mornings with the connection to Gruss
- Requires Microsoft Excel 2003/2003
- Requires subscription to Gruss at £6 per month, another snippet of a cost considering the features of this wonderful piece of software
Update
I’ve had a few question asking for some more information on the automation side of placing the bets
The questions mainly are “how does it work” and “can we have a free trial to check it out”, oh also “have you forgotton about it the page hasn’t been updated!”
Firstly sorry thats its been delayed and might be next week before its on the site. I have been running some tests on it this week and I would rather over test it than take a chance of it going wrong for someone. Its working well for me but just an update on where I am upto with it. I have been understandably rather busy for the past week but I’ve enjoyed it and the future is looking good for all of us. I have done a review on how the first week has gone for the private service (as well as I’d hoped) so please have a look at that.
The video will explain more but it uses Gruss Betting Assistant to form a connection between betfair and excel, it then uses conditional triggered betting to fire in the bets
I will be setting a a free trial of the automation service so that you can see exactly what it is before the paid subscription commences.
